Some years ago I painted a whole series of paintings of my own hands. You can see a couple of of them here http://paulhutchinson.co.nz/Hands/hands.htm They started out as life sized paintings and ended up on a rather grand and larger than life scale. It's an interesting experience revisiting old subject matter. This time around my hand is tiny. But it's not frozen....
