This was found in a box of junk. Apparently it is from the Franz Kafka Cafe. The absurdity of it appealed to me! Though according to this site on Coffee: "Prague café culture was a pivotal element of Kafka’s life and an inspiration to his writing."
One can't help but to wonder if the cafe had a problem with Vermin.
